Q. Can i apply more than once?

A. Yes you can. Each application is looked at independently.

Q. Can i deliver the application for in person?

A. Yes. the downloaded versions can be hand delivered by you or by a friend or relative to one of the trustees. Paper version of the form can be collected from Twelve (on the High Street), The Pharmacy, The Library and the Health Centre.

Q. When will my application for be considered?

A. Each application will be considered on a case by case basis but trustees usually meet three times a year to discuss but may meet sooner if the case is urgent.
